SHIPPING
Pickup Policy 

Pickup Location is available Monday - Saturday from 11 am- 7 pm. An email will be sent to your email when your order is ready for pickup. The person picking up the order must have CC and ID present (The Credit Card used for the order will be checked and must match the ID of the person picking up the order). 

Shipping Policy 

 

*All orders will be processed within 1- 3 business days. 

*All shipping is processed USPS with tracking information.

*Shipping is 3-5 business days (there has been some delays due to COVID-19). 

*Business Days are Monday - Saturday 11 am - 7 pm.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases

No Refunds,  No Exchanges

 
Exchanges for Online Purchases

 

Presently, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made online to be exchanged in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired. 

 
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item/s

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at streetstylezboutique@yahoo.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue. When reaching out please include your Order #, and the issue ( please provide as much details as possible, pics if available).
